To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and employees, Feel Feet SPA has developed a strict protection guidance during the Covid-19 in accordance with the recommendations and requirements of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) :

1.Appointment: For each customer coming to the store, we will ask questions related to COVID-19;

2.Hand sanitizer is provided for each customer upon arrival. Medical surgical mask is provided for customers who do not have one;

3.All rooms will be sterilize with sanitizer, and all public contact areas, such as door handles, will be disinfected with high frequency;

4.Sets and products on the massage bed will be one time use. We will clean and disinfect those after use;

5.We will increase the time gap between different appointments, in order to maintain a social distance between customers. This means you'll have fewer appointment time options, but it's worth it for everyone's health and safety;

6. Magazines and beverages in public areas will not be provided as before;

7. All customers with flu-like symptoms or a history of contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient are advised to wait two weeks before coming back.
